We are tucked away in Malad East on RS Road. It’s a busy street and there is always something going on outside. As Vision Infotech started because we saw how much trouble people were having with their computers and gadgets around here. It’s not a big corporate building, just a regular space where we keep our tools and spare parts. Most of the time it’s just a couple of us working on laptops or trying to fix a network problem for someone nearby. Malad East is a tough place to navigate sometimes with all the traffic, but we like it here. We’ve grown used to the noise of RS Road. People stop in because they saw our sign or a friend told them we could help. We don't have a receptionist or anything. If you walk in, you’ll probably see one of us bent over a motherboard or talking on the phone. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what’s a lost cause. Some days are long, especially when a repair doesn't go right the first time. We just keep at it until it’s sorted. It’s how we’ve always done things. We aren't looking to become some giant company. We just want to keep the computers running for the people in our neighborhood. The rent goes up every few years but we manage to stay open and keep working.
