Arya Bhawan

Arya Bhawan is over at Panchseel Square on Wardha Road. We’re in the Ramdas Peth area, which is a place with a lot of history. I’ve been working here for years now. It’s a central spot, so we get people from all over. The address says 400001, and we’re right where the action is. It's a busy intersection, and sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but we do our best to sweep it out. We aren't one of those new-age cafes with expensive furniture. Our chairs have been here a while and they're still solid. I like the vibe of this neighborhood. It’s got a real mix of old and new. We open up early and stay late most nights. My cousin helps me with the supplies every Tuesday. Sometimes we disagree on how to stack the crates, but we get it done. The kitchen can get hot in the summer, but the food comes out the way it’s supposed to. We don’t spend money on big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth has always worked for us. People just know where Panchseel Square is and they find us. It’s a plain, honest place to get a meal. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy words. We just want to serve our community here on Wardha Road as best as we can. It's a simple life running a restaurant, and we're okay with that most of the time.
