If you go to the Classic Villa Society in Jogeshwari West, you’ll find our office there in building number 10. It’s tucked inside the Vasant Sagar Complex, which is a pretty large area to navigate if you aren’t used to it. We spend most of our time out on different sites rather than sitting at the desk. Construction in Mumbai is always a bit of a challenge because of the space constraints and the weather. We deal with everything from getting materials delivered to managing the workers on the ground. Some days are just about staring at blueprints and trying to figure out why a delivery is late. The office is usually covered in dust and samples of tiles or cement bags. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a script. Usually, it’s just one of us picking up and trying to coordinate several things at once. Jogeshwari is a busy place, and the traffic around the complex can be a real headache when we need to move equipment. We’ve worked on various projects around this part of the city, mostly just small to mid-sized buildings and renovations. It’s hard work and the hours are long, but that is just how the construction business goes here. We prefer to let the work speak for itself instead of talking too much. Every project has its own set of problems that we just have to fix.
