Arokia It Pvt Ltd is based out of Andheri East, right in the Garvebhavi Palya area at number 306. It’s a busy spot, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We have been here for a while now, and the office has become like a second home to most of us who work here. It’s not a huge place, but it fits what we need and keeps us close to the action. We handle a lot of different tech stuff, but we try not to make it sound more complicated than it really is. Most mornings start with the sound of the shutters going up and someone complaining about how long the commute took. We sit at our desks at 306 and just get to it. Some of us have been working together for years, so we know each other's habits and quirks pretty well. There’s no big corporate vibe in this office. We don’t wear suits unless there is a very specific reason, which almost never happens. We just want to get the work done right so we can go home to our families and relax. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the power cuts out for a minute, and we just use that time to grab a snack or talk. It’s a practical way of working. We don't promise anyone the world, we just do what we are supposed to do every day. Andheri is a tough place to navigate, but we like being here at Garvebhavi Palya.
