We’re based in Andheri East, right in the middle of the MIDC area. Our office is on the fifth floor of Samruddhi Venture Park on the Central Road. It’s a typical tech park environment, lots of glass and concrete. Inside Arohi Software Solutions, it’s mostly just us at our desks with our headphones on. We don’t have any of those fancy bean bags or ping-pong tables you hear about in some software companies. It’s just a practical space where we write code and solve bugs. The view from the fifth floor is okay, mostly just other buildings and the busy road below. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, so we keep sweaters at our desks. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. We’re a smaller team, so everyone knows each other’s names. Lunch usually involves grabbing something from the local stalls nearby or eating at our desks. We don't have a grand vision or anything. We just take the projects as they come and try to make sure the software actually works. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, but we like the work. Being in MIDC means we’re surrounded by other businesses doing the same thing. It’s just a regular office life for us here in Mumbai, and we've gotten used to the daily commute and the rhythm of the city. It's not always perfect, but we get the job done.
