Our office, Arizen Technology Solutions Llp, is tucked away in Flat No 302 of the Daze Co-Op Hsg Soc Ltd. We are on Phatak Pawan Baug Road in Malad, right near the Vrundawan Hotel. Since we are in a housing society, it doesn't feel like a typical sterile office building. It feels more like a home that happens to be full of technology. Chincholi is a busy area, and the road outside is always full of cars and rickshaws. We don't have a sign that lights up at night or a fancy lobby. You just come up the stairs—or take the lift if it’s working—and walk right into where we work. There is no corporate polish here. Our shelves are full of old tech manuals and extra parts. We don't have a canteen, so we usually just eat at our desks or go to the hotel nearby for a quick bite. We started this because we liked working together and wanted to do things our own way. We don't have big meetings about goals or missions. We just look at what needs to be done each morning and get to it. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with everyone talking at once, but that’s just how we operate. It’s a local Malad business, run by real people who just want to do a decent day’s work.
