Arb Compusoft India Pvt Ltd is located over at Charni Road, specifically at 144. It is an old part of the city, and the building reflects that. There is a certain smell to the air here, a mix of old paper and the sea. Our office is filled with computers, as you might expect, but it also has that slightly dusty feel of a place that’s been occupied for years. We do a lot of software work and data stuff here. It’s not the kind of place with a lounge or a beanbag chair. We have standard office chairs that creak a little when you sit down. Charni Road is always busy with people heading to the station, and we can hear the trains if it’s a quiet night. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the screens. Sometimes we have to deal with old hardware that doesn't want to cooperate, which can be frustrating, but we’ve learned to be patient. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone telling us how to talk to people. We just answer the phone and try to be helpful. The lighting is a bit dim in some corners, but we have good lamps at our desks. It’s a solid place to work, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this neighborhood. We just take things one day at a time at 144 and keep the computers running as long as we can.
