The traffic is almost always backed up, so most of us try to get here early before it gets too crazy. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s a functional space where we have our desks and a small corner for our bags and lunch boxes. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the local shopkeepers nearby all know us by face. The building is a bit older, so sometimes we have to deal with a leaky ceiling during the heavy rains, but we just put a bucket down and keep going. We don't have a fancy lounge or a cafeteria. We usually just order some food from the place around the corner or bring stuff from home and eat together. It’s a simple way of working. There isn't any big corporate vibe here. We are just a group of people trying to get through the daily grind in Chembur. The walk to the station is okay if the weather is nice, but it can be a bit much in the humidity. We just take it one day at a time and keep things moving. It’s a comfortable enough place for us to spend our working hours. Nothing flashy, just our daily office where we get things done.
