Aptivaa Consulting Solutions is based in Bandra, at The Nest on 190 St Paul Road. It’s Flat Number 8, so it’s more like a home office than a big corporate headquarters. St Paul Road is a lively place with a lot of character, and we like being in the middle of it. The office is small and cozy. We have a few desks squeezed in, and the walls are covered with notes and calendars. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the neighbors and the street noise, which keeps things interesting. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a simple kettle and some tea bags in the cupboard. Most of us walk or take a rickshaw from the station. The building itself is older, with that classic Bandra feel to it. Sometimes the plumbing is a bit temperamental, but we just deal with it. We aren't a huge team, so we spend a lot of time talking to each other across the room. There’s no big hierarchy here; we just all chip in and get the work done. In the evenings, the neighborhood really comes alive, and sometimes we grab a snack together before heading home. It’s not a polished, high-tech space, but it has everything we need to stay productive. It’s just a regular group of people working out of a flat in a great part of town. We've been here for a few years now and it really feels like our own little spot in the city.
