Apex Developers is located at 101 Bubna House on S V Road in Kandivali West. We are right across from the Jain Temple, which is a big landmark in this area. S V Road is always crowded and noisy, so our office is never truly quiet. We are a small team and we don't have a lot of frills. There’s no big sign or flashing lights. We just have our office where we plan out small residential projects and talk to people who want to buy a home. It’s a lot of work dealing with the city rules and making sure the builders are doing what they’re supposed to do. We spend half our time out on the dusty sites and the other half dealing with piles of paperwork that never seem to get smaller. We aren't trying to be the most famous developers in Mumbai. We just want to finish our projects on time, even though that’s harder than it sounds with all the rain and labor issues. We talk to people in plain English and don't try to hide the fact that things can be difficult. If a project is going to be late, we just say it. Most of our clients appreciate that we don't lie to them. It's just how we prefer to run things here in Kandivali. We just focus on the bricks and the mortar and let the rest take care of itself.
