Our workplace is located at Flat No 603/A in the Regency Complex. You have to take the lift up to the sixth floor to find us. We are right on Jangali Maharaj Road in Andheri West, which is usually packed with traffic. Highpoint Restaurant is very close by, and that is where we usually go when we need a quick meal during a busy shift. Our day is mostly spent staring at computer screens or taking apart machines that have stopped working. People bring their laptops or desktop towers to us when things go wrong or if everything is running too slow. The office is often a bit cluttered with wires, keyboards, and spare parts, but we have a system for where everything goes. We do not have a big sign on the street, so most of our visitors are people who live in the complex or heard about us from a friend. It is much quieter up here in the flat than it is down on the main road. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting errors or replacing broken screens. Sometimes it takes a few hours to find one small problem in the software. We are just a small team doing technical work for the people in the area. We tend to stay open late because that is when most people realize their home computers are giving them trouble after work.
