My office is located in Jolly Maker Chamber over in Nariman Point. It is a busy area, right across from Atlanta and near where the Red FM 93.5 studio is. You can usually hear the city hum from here, even when the windows are shut. It is a pretty standard setup in a building that has seen a lot of people come and go over the years. I spend most of my time at the desk, surrounded by files and the usual office stuff. Nariman Point has a specific way about it, very professional and always moving, but inside the office, it is just me doing what I need to do. It gets a bit hectic when everyone is trying to leave at the same time and the elevators are slow, but that is just part of being in this building. I have been based here for a while now and I have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It is not a fancy lounge or anything, just a place to get work done and meet people when necessary. The view is mostly other buildings and the busy streets below, but it suits the kind of work I do. I don't really have a big team or a lot of bells and whistles. It is just a practical space in a good part of town where I can focus without too many distractions. Most days are long, but that is how it goes when you are working in the heart of the business district.
