Antfort People Technologies Pvt Ltd is located over in Dadar West. We are tucked away on the 13th Cross near West Park Road. Dadar is always moving, so there is never a dull moment around the office. We are a small team working on various technology and people-related things. It’s not a massive operation with hundreds of people. Instead, it’s just a few of us in a room with our laptops and a lot of coffee. The office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of books and old equipment sitting around. We don't really follow a strict dress code or anything like that. Most days it’s just jeans and t-shirts. We spend a lot of time on calls or staring at screens trying to figure out how to make systems work better for people. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the work we chose. The 13th Cross is a decent spot, though parking can be a real headache sometimes if you don't get in early. We’ve had some long nights here when a project is due, but we usually find a way to get it done. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just try to help businesses with their tech and staff needs without making it too complicated. It’s a local business trying to do honest work. We just take it day by day.
