Our office is in Vikhroli East, situated in Hariyalli Village at Tagorenagar 1. We are located in Desai Chall, specifically at 3/1. It is a local area with a lot of history, and we have been part of the neighborhood for quite some time. We handle computers, which means we do everything from fixing broken screens to sorting out software issues. The shop is often filled with various towers, laptops, and cables spread across the workbenches. It might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know exactly where every screw and tool is kept. We are not a big company with a fancy showroom. Most of our customers are locals from the chawls and nearby buildings who bring their machines in when they stop working. We spend a lot of time diagnosing problems and trying to find the best way to get things running again without it costing too much. The atmosphere in Hariyalli Village is always active, and we usually have people dropping by just to ask a quick question about their tech. We try to be helpful and give practical advice. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to be delivered, which can take a day or two, but we keep the owners updated. It is just a small team of us working here, and we like the hands-on nature of the job. It is honest work and we enjoy being the local computer guys.
