Anil Informatics Pvt Ltd is based out of a flat in Wing B of Om Mahant, right here in Vile Parle East. We’re close to Utkarsh Mandal, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. Working out of Flat No 1/3 gives the place a bit of a homey feel, which we actually prefer over those cold office buildings. It’s mostly just us and our computers in here. We spend a lot of time looking at data and fixing software issues. It’s quiet work for the most part, though things can get a bit frantic when a server goes down or a deadline is breathing down our necks. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make tea, and that’s where most of our big decisions actually happen. We aren’t interested in being the biggest company in the G I D C area. We just want to do right by the people who hire us. The walk from the station isn't too bad, so we get a good amount of foot traffic nearby. Sometimes we have to move boxes around to make room for a new desk, but we manage. It’s a bit cramped but we like the energy of the neighborhood. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and it’s just become part of our daily routine. No frills, just hard work and a lot of typing.
