Anil Computer Service

I run Anil Computer Service out of Ghanshyam Nagar in Goregaon East. It's not a showroom or anything fancy like that. It is basically a room filled with spare parts, old monitors, and tangles of wires. I’ve been fixing laptops and desktops for the folks in this neighborhood for a long time. People bring me their machines when they won't turn on or if they've spilled tea on the keyboard. I spend most of my day hunched over a workbench with a screwdriver and a magnifying glass. Goregaon East has a lot of families and small offices, so there is always someone with a virus problem or a broken hard drive. I don’t charge a fortune because I know how much people rely on their computers these days. Sometimes I can fix a thing in ten minutes, other times it takes three days to find the right part. I’m honest about what is worth fixing and what is just junk. The shop is a bit cluttered, and I might not always answer the phone right away if I’m in the middle of a tricky solder job. But I usually get back to everyone by the end of the day. It is just me here, keeping things running for the local residents who need their tech sorted. I usually work late into the night when the neighborhood is finally quiet.
