Hindustan Basic Drugs

We are based in the Nanddham Industrial Estate in Marol, specifically units F-27 and 28. Marol is a busy hub, and the estate is usually full of people moving crates and vans trying to squeeze through the narrow lanes. At Hindustan Basic Drugs, our daily life revolves around these two units. It’s a practical space, mostly filled with drums and containers of basic drug components. It’s not a polished environment by any means. The walls could probably use some paint and the floors are always scuffed from moving heavy stuff around. We have a few desks tucked into the corner where the bills are handled. It’s often loud outside because of the other workshops in the estate, but you get used to it after a week. We focus on getting the chemicals out to the people who need them. Most of our day is spent checking weights and ensuring the seals are tight. We don’t really do marketing or anything like that. People know where we are if they need us. The guys working here usually eat lunch together near the entrance when it’s not too hot. We’ve been in Marol for quite a while, so we know the local transporters well. It’s a gritty, hardworking kind of place, and we are just one part of the machinery in this industrial area. We just try to stay organized as much as possible.
