You’ll find Eviska Infotech over at Sethi Industrial Estate, unit 38, on Suren Road in Andheri. It’s unit 10/e to be precise. Andheri is always a bit of a madhouse with all the people and the traffic, and Suren Road is no different. The industrial estate has a very functional feel to it. It’s all about business here. Our office is one of many in the complex. It’s a solid space where we do our technical work. We’ve got rows of computers and a lot of hardware lying around. It looks like a place where things actually get built or fixed, which is exactly what we do. It’s not the quietest office because of the neighboring units and the general buzz of Andheri, but we don’t mind. We focus on our screens and get the job done. The staff is mostly local people who know the area well. We don’t go in for fancy titles or corporate jargon. We just talk like normal people and work through our task lists. Lunch usually involves someone going out to get vada pav or sharing whatever people brought from home. It’s a gritty, real-world kind of place. We’ve been here long enough that the sounds of the industrial estate are just background noise to us now. It’s just how it is.
