We've been at Business Square for a while now, right across from the station platforms in Andheri West. It's a busy spot, especially with the trains constantly moving. Samrat Pharmachem Ltd. handles a lot of different chemical products. People come in and out of room 701 and 702 all day. The office is usually stacked with papers and the phones don't stop ringing. It’s a typical Mumbai workplace. We deal with various pharmacy ingredients and industrial stuff. It’s not fancy here, just a lot of work getting done. Sometimes the lift takes forever, but that's life in a business building. We manage things from our two units on the seventh floor. The M. A. Road area is always crowded, so getting here in the morning is a bit of a rush. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Our team mostly focuses on getting orders processed and making sure everything is labeled right. It gets loud outside with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We just try to stay on top of the logistics and keep the inventory moving without too much fuss. There isn't any big secret to how we operate, we just show up and handle the chemical side of things every day. It's a steady routine of checking supplies and talking to transporters. We just keep our heads down and do the job from this corner of Andheri.
