Our small team at Codeicon It Solutions is over at No. 2/38 in the Om Heera Panna building. It’s located in the Oshiwara area of Andheri West, which is a place that never really sleeps. The building itself is a mix of different shops and offices, and we’re tucked into our unit on one of the floors. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We do a lot of IT work, which usually involves a lot of sitting and problem-solving. The space isn't huge, so things can get a bit crowded when we have extra hardware lying around, but we manage. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our desks working through some lines of code or testing a new piece of software. Andheri West is a great spot to be because there is always something happening outside, even if we are mostly stuck indoors. Sometimes we order food in when we’re working late on a project, and the local delivery guys know exactly where our unit is by now. It’s an honest kind of workplace where we just focus on the job at hand without any corporate fluff. The walls have a few posters, and there’s usually a stack of empty coffee cups by the sink, but it’s our home away from home.
