You can find us at Ajanta House in the Marol Industrial Estate, right off the Andheri Kurla Road. It’s a busy spot in Andheri East, and there’s always people rushing around. We also have a presence over on Paud Road in Kothrud, near the Vanaz corner and opposite Hotel Kinara. Being in these two different spots keeps us on our toes. Oye Solutions is mostly about sitting at computers and solving various problems for the people who hire us. The office in Marol is typical for the industrial estate—lots of concrete, elevators that are always full, and the sound of traffic from the main road. Inside, it’s just us and our screens. We spend a lot of time on calls or typing away. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. In Kothrud, things feel a little different because of the neighborhood, but the work is the same. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s coffee orders. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. Most of our days are just spent looking at data or fixing bits of code that aren't working right. Lunch usually happens at the local stalls nearby or at our desks if we’re busy. We’re just regular people trying to provide some technical help from our offices in Mumbai and Pune. It’s a lot of commuting and screen time, but it keeps the lights on.
