Niche Softek Private Limited

Our office is on the 5th floor of Sagar Tech Plaza, right in the Saki Naka area of Andheri East. If you know Mumbai, you know how crazy the traffic is around here. Getting to Niche Softek Private Limited in the A Wing every morning is a bit of a struggle, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We are in unit 515. It’s a typical software office, I guess. Lots of screens, coffee mugs everywhere, and people typing away. We do a lot of different things with technology, mostly helping other businesses figure out their software needs. It’s not always exciting, and some days it feels like we are just chasing bugs in the code for hours. But we like the challenge. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller group, so we end up talking to each other a lot to get things figured out. Saki Naka is a loud, busy place, but once you get up to the fifth floor, it’s a bit quieter. We spend most of our time here, sometimes way past the time we should have gone home. We don't really go for the polished corporate look. Our desks are a mess and we dress pretty casual. We just care about getting the software to work right. It’s a living, and we’ve built some good things here since we started and moved into the plaza.
