Maa Techx Enterprises

You can find Maa Techx Enterprises over at A/f 9 in the New Empire Premises Co-operative Society Limited on Kondivita Road. Being in Andheri East means we are surrounded by a lot of other small businesses and warehouses. Our office is a simple room where we manage our day-to-day operations. It’s a bit of an older building, which has its own character, though sometimes the plumbing or the lights need a little fixing. We don't mind it much because the location is very convenient for getting around the city. We deal with various technical and enterprise tasks, mostly sitting at our desks and handling paperwork or digital files. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve worked together long enough that we don’t need to say much to understand what needs doing. We usually grab lunch from one of the local stalls nearby on Kondivita Road. There is no corporate polish here; we just show up, do the work, and go home. Our space is filled with files, a few old computers, and the sound of the ceiling fan. It’s a practical environment for a practical business. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, but we just keep doing our thing from this same spot. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby; we just focus on making sure the business side of things is handled properly every day. We keep it real and keep it simple.
