Bhayander East is where we’ve set up shop, specifically at B-8 in the Jayshree Industrial Estate. Anchro Industries isn't a big name you’d see on a billboard. We’re tucked away in the estate, just another unit among many. The space is filled with the sounds of production. It’s loud, it’s a bit dusty, and it’s usually quite warm. We have a small team of people who have been with us for years. We don’t have meetings in boardrooms; we usually just talk over the noise of the machines while we’re working. The industrial estate has its own rhythm. You get to know the delivery drivers and the people in the next unit over. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Bhayander. We just want to make sure the stuff we produce is solid. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine breaks down, or a shipment is late, and we just deal with it as it comes. There’s no point in stressing too much about the small stuff. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the shop floor. It’s a practical way to run things. You won't find any fancy brochures here. If you come by, you’ll just see us in our work clothes, probably busy with a project. It’s a straightforward life at B-8. We value the fact that we can just come in, do our jobs, and know we’ve done an honest day’s work.
