Anchor Enterprises is located on the 1st Floor of the C Wing in the Innova Marathon Nextgen Building. It’s right off Ganpat Rao Kadam Road, which everyone knows is usually packed with cars. We’re directly opposite the Peninsula Corporate Park, so we see a lot of people in suits walking around during lunch. Our office is a bit more laid back than those big firms across the street, though. We’re in Lower Parel, so the energy is always high. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, so we just take the stairs since we’re only on the first floor. Inside, it’s a typical office setup. We’ve got computers, some filing racks, and a small area where we have lunch. It’s not some next-gen futuristic space despite the building's name. It’s just where we work. We handle various enterprise tasks and keep things moving for our clients. The windows look out onto the street, so we get to see the chaos of Mumbai traffic all day. It’s a busy spot, but we’ve managed to find our own pace here. We don't have a big PR department. This is just us writing a bit about where we are. We show up on Monday, work through the week, and look forward to the weekend like everyone else. It’s a steady place to be in a very fast part of the city. We keep the kettle going for tea and just get on with it.
