Anatek Services Pvt. Ltd. is located at number 8 in the Valmiki Apartment building on CST Road. We’re right in the Kalina area of Santacruz East. It’s a pretty active neighborhood with a lot of traffic passing by all day. Our office is a modest space where we get our service work done. We aren’t in a big glass skyscraper, just a regular apartment converted for our needs. It feels a bit more personal that way. Most of our day is spent coordinating services and talking to people who need technical help. We have a small team here and we’ve all been working together for a while. The desks are usually piled with papers and parts. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because of the road outside, but we don’t mind. We just focus on the tasks at hand. People often drop by because we’re easy to reach in Santacruz. We don’t use any fancy scripts when we talk to folks, we just tell them how things are and what we can do. It’s a very grounded way of working. Being on CST Road means we see a lot of the local life every day. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of this place. We just try to stay organized and keep moving through our to-do list one step at a time. It's not glamorous, but it is real work.
