Anand Estate Pvt Ltd is located in Khar West, right near the B P M School at Sharad Nagar. We are tucked away in the Budh Veer Bunglow area. Khar is a busy part of Mumbai, but our little corner feels a bit more settled. We have been working out of this space for some time, dealing with all the paperwork and meetings that come with property and real estate. The office isn't very big, and it is filled with files and maps of the local area. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in asking about flats or shops. Being near a school means there is always a lot of noise in the afternoons when the kids get out. We have grown used to it. The building itself is an older style, typical for this part of Khar. We don't go in for fancy glass partitions or modern art on the walls. It is a functional place where we sit and get the work done. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and talk about the market, and other days everyone is rushing around. The building has a small gate that sometimes squeaks when the wind hits it. We have a few plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait. It is just a normal office where we handle things as they come. We know the streets around here very well.
