Our office is in Joy Homes, which is right behind the Dena Bank on LBS Marg in Bhandup. We’re up on the ninth floor in unit D903. It’s a decent spot in Mumbai, even if the lift takes a while during the morning rush. We do a mix of software work and other services. The team isn't huge, but we’ve been together for a long time. We don't really have a marketing person, so we just talk about our work in plain terms. Most of the time, we’re just sitting at our desks with our headphones on, trying to figure out some code or fixing a bug. LBS Marg is always noisy, but being up on the ninth floor helps a bit with the sound. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, and that’s usually where the best ideas happen. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do a good job for the people who hire us. Sometimes we stay late when things get complicated, but that’s just how it goes in this industry. We don’t have fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have a calendar and some sticky notes with reminders. It’s a very grounded kind of place. We value our time and our work, and we try to keep things as simple as possible. It is just a bunch of us doing what we know.
