Amoli Organics Pvt .Ltd. is located over at 407, Dalamal House. If you know Mumbai, you know Jamnalala Bajaj Rd. is right in the middle of everything. It’s a tall building and we’ve been in this office for quite some time. It gets pretty crowded in the lobby during the morning rush. We deal with organics and chemicals, mostly coordinating between suppliers and the people who need the stuff. The office is usually full of the sound of phones ringing and people typing away. We have some samples on the shelves, but it’s mostly just a place where the business side of things happens. We don't have a lot of space, so things can get a bit cluttered with folders and binders. The air conditioning sometimes struggles when it’s really hot outside, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the orders get processed right and the logistics don't fall apart. It’s a lot of coordination. Lunch is usually eaten at our desks while we talk about the latest news. Sometimes we go downstairs for a quick walk if the weather is nice. We aren't big on corporate talk or long-winded speeches. We just handle the organics side of things and try to keep things running without making a big fuss about it. That's how we operate here every day.
