Working out of Solaris I on Sakivihar Road is definitely an experience because of how packed it gets. We are right opposite L&T Gate No. 6, which is a massive landmark everyone knows. If you’ve ever been to Powai or Andheri East, you know how the traffic crawls during the morning rush. Our office is in C-129, and it’s a space filled with computers and cables mostly. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes when we get new equipment in and have to find a spot for it. The building itself sees a lot of people coming and going, so there is always a bit of a buzz in the lobby. We usually grab lunch from one of the small stalls nearby or just bring a dabba from home. It’s not a corporate skyscraper vibe here; it feels more like a place where real work happens without too much fuss. Sometimes the elevators take forever, so we end up taking the stairs if we are in a hurry. Our team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We don't have a big HR department or anything; we just manage things ourselves. Most of the day is spent looking at screens and trying to solve whatever issue popped up overnight. It’s a decent place to be if you don't mind the noise of Sakivihar Road.
