We are based up on the 11th floor of Whispering Palms, specifically in Flat 3C 1103. Being in Lokhandwala Township in Kandivali East gives us a nice view of the surrounding area, though we’re usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. It’s a residential complex, so the vibe is a lot calmer than a dedicated business park. We run the American Express India Pvt Ltd office out of this space. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes with all the files and computers, but we’ve made it work over the years. The elevators can be slow in the mornings when everyone is heading out to work, so we’ve learned to leave a bit earlier to avoid the rush. We do a lot of data entry and administrative tasks here. It’s not the kind of place with a lobby or big signs everywhere. We’re just a group of people doing our jobs in a quiet corner of Mumbai. Lunch is usually something brought from home or ordered from one of the nearby spots in the township. The community here is nice, and it feels safe and settled. We don't have fancy meetings or anything like that. Most of our communication is just shouting across the room or sending quick notes to each other. It’s a very practical way to work. We’ve been at this Kandivali address for a while and it suits us just fine for the kind of daily routines we have to manage.
