Amdocs Development Center India is tucked away at 17 B Satkar Teli Lane in Andheri East. If you’ve ever been to Andheri, you know how tight those lanes can get. Satkar Teli Lane is no different. It’s a real Mumbai experience being here. There’s always something happening right outside the door, whether it’s a delivery truck or people just walking to the station. We’ve been at this address for some time. Our building is one of those standard structures you see all over this part of town. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace where we handle our development projects. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks. It’s more about having a desk and a good internet connection so we can finish our work. The commute to Andheri East is something we all deal with every day. The trains and the traffic are part of the routine for everyone here. We usually go out for some local food during lunch since there are so many small places nearby. It’s a bit cramped sometimes but it has a local feel that you don’t get in the bigger business parks. We just come in, do our jobs, and head out when the day is done. It’s a hardworking atmosphere and we’re just one of many businesses making it work in the middle of Mumbai’s busy streets. It's not fancy, but it gets the job done for us.
