We are located on the second floor of Saraswati Darshan, which is right across from the New Era Cinema on S.V. Road in Malad West. It is a very busy part of Mumbai. The traffic on S.V. Road is almost always heavy, so there is a lot of noise. Our office is 2-B. We deal with computers and IT stuff. Usually, the place is a bit of a mess with cables, keyboards, and dismantled laptops. It is just the nature of the work. People bring in their machines because they aren't working right, and we try to fix them. We also handle some software things. The office isn't very large, but we have crammed a lot of workbenches in there. It is a practical space. We don't have any fancy decorations. There are just some posters and maybe an old calendar on the wall. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and trying to figure out why a motherboard isn't behaving. It is a lot of troubleshooting. Being near the cinema is a good landmark. Most people just tell us they will drop off their computer and go catch a movie. We have been at this Malad location for a while now. It is a good spot because it is easy for people to reach. We just do the work as it comes in and try to stay on top of the repairs. It is a busy, cramped, and honest little IT shop.
