We are located at Kempura 207, right along the Mahim Bellary Road. It’s a handy spot if you’re in the neighborhood and your computer starts acting up. We’ve seen just about every kind of laptop and desktop issue you can think of over the years. Alphabetics Computers Services started out small and we’ve just stayed here, keeping things simple. The shop gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we try to keep the hardware clean. There’s always a few machines opened up on the workbenches with wires sticking out. We handle repairs, some networking stuff, and general maintenance for people nearby. It’s not a high-end showroom, just a practical workspace where we fix things that are broken. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, which can be a bit annoying for the customers, but we do what we can. We have a small team, just a few technicians who actually enjoy taking things apart and putting them back together. We don’t spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. People around Kempura know where we are if they need a screen replaced or a virus cleared out. It’s a bit of a cramped space sometimes with all the boxes of spare parts lying around, but we know where everything is. We just keep our heads down and work through the pile of repairs every day without making too much of a fuss about it.
