Up in Borivali East, on Dattapada Road, things are always moving. We are in the Neha Industrial Estate, unit 209. It’s one of those places where you have to know where you’re going or you’ll get lost in the hallways. Alpha Techno Systems is basically just a group of us working on various tech bits and systems. It’s not like those movies with the bright lights and high-tech labs. It’s a lot of testing, troubleshooting, and occasionally getting frustrated when a piece of hardware doesn’t do what it’s told. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and boards. The estate gets pretty loud during the day with all the different businesses around us. You can hear the neighbors through the walls sometimes. We’ve been here at this spot for a bit now. It’s a good location for us, even if the commute can be a pain with the station traffic nearby. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just us. If you call, one of us will pick up, probably while holding a soldering iron or a cable. We just try to get the technical stuff right. It’s honest work, even if it’s mostly invisible to people outside. We keep things running, fix what breaks, and try to stay ahead of the next big change in technology without making too much of a fuss. We don't have any fancy posters on the wall, just some old diagrams and a calendar that is usually behind.
