Our office is up on the 11th floor of the Paras Business Centre. It’s right on Kasturba Road in Borivali East, really close to the police station. If you’ve ever tried to park around here, you know it’s a bit of a nightmare, so most of us take the train. Mumbai is like that. We deal with medical devices, mostly supplying them to clinics and hospitals. It’s a lot of boxes and paperwork. The office isn't huge, but we have a good view of the street from 1105. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. We aren't some massive conglomerate with thousands of employees. It's just a handful of us making sure the orders go out on time. The lift in this building is usually busy, so we spend some time waiting around. We don't really have a big fancy lobby or anything. Just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. Working in Borivali means it's always noisy outside, but you get used to it. We keep track of the latest gear and try to keep our inventory sorted. It gets hectic when a big order comes in, and we're all hands on deck then. We don't spend money on flashy ads or anything like that. We just focus on the logistics and the devices we handle. It's straightforward work. We like it that way. We aren't trying to be anything we're not.
