We are located at 12, Satyakripa, which is on Cama Gali in the Hansoti Lane area of Ghatkopar West. Our shop is a pretty simple place. We have been here for a while now, just handling basic computer repairs and helping people with their tech problems. It's not a big fancy office or anything like that. It is just a small room filled with tools and some spare parts. Most of the people who come in are from the neighborhood. We see a lot of broken laptop screens and slow computers. Cama Gali can get really crowded during the day, so it is sometimes hard to find parking near the shop. We usually just have one or two people working at a time. The bench is always covered in screws and cables. We don't really do any big advertising. People just find us because they live nearby or someone told them we are here. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty inside because of the street outside, but we try to keep the machines we work on clean. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We just want to do our work and go home at the end of the day. If you need something fixed, you just bring it by and we take a look at it. Sometimes we can fix it fast, other times we have to wait for parts to arrive.
