Alkatel Computech Technology Services India Private Limited is situated in Mumbai, down in the Dana Bunder area. Our office is room 04 in the Sterling Chambers building, which is on Poona Street in Chinchbunder. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with all the activity around the docks and the markets. The pin code here is 400009. We’ve been in Sterling Chambers for quite some time now. It’s an older building with a lot of character, and we are on Plot No. 57/59. We mostly do technical services and computer-related work. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and managing systems for people who need help. We don't have a flashy office with neon lights. It’s just a place with desks, chairs, and a lot of hardware. The noise from Poona Street can be a lot sometimes, but we’re used to the sounds of the city. We aren't a giant multinational with a thousand rules. We are just a local team in Maharashtra trying to provide good technical support. Sometimes we have a lot of work and sometimes it’s a bit slower, but there’s always something to do. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just fix things and help our customers. It’s a practical way to run things. Most of the guys here have been working together for years. We just keep our heads down and work.
