Alka Javeri

We are located over at 41-B in the Urvashi building, which is right on Nepean Sea Road. It’s a busy part of town but we like it here because everything is close by. Most days start early with a lot of phone calls and checking on what needs to be done. It isn't a huge office, just a few of us working together and making sure things stay on track. People often get lost finding the right entrance since the road can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here. We’ve been at this address for a while now and the space is filled with files and old desks. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially in the evenings when everyone is headed home. We don't have fancy decorations or anything, just what we need to get through the daily tasks. It’s mostly just hard work and keeping up with the regular clients who have known us for years. We try to keep things simple. If the tea guy is late, we usually just make it ourselves in the back corner where we have a small stove. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to stop and do it. It’s a lived-in space where we spend most of our waking hours just trying to handle the business as it comes.
