Our shop is at Mahim Kalyani Nagar 16. It’s a small space where we handle all sorts of computer and tech stuff that comes our way. The area around Mahim is always bustling, and being in Kalyani Nagar means we get a lot of local foot traffic. We have shelves filled with parts, some old monitors, and tools scattered across the main workbench. It’s not the most organized place, but we know exactly where everything is when a customer brings in a broken laptop or a phone that won’t turn on. Most days are spent hunched over a desk with a screwdriver or a soldering iron. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. We try to get things fixed as fast as we can because we know people need their devices back. Sometimes the repairs are easy, and other times we have to wait for parts to arrive from across town. We don’t use a lot of big words to explain what’s wrong; we just tell you if it can be fixed and what it might cost. The street outside is noisy, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We started this place because we liked messing around with electronics, and now it’s just our daily routine. We open up early and usually stay until the last job is finished for the day.
