We have another spot for Algorithms Software Pvt Ltd over in Malad West. It’s in the Dheeraj Diamond building, room D 604, on Chincholi Bundar Road. Malad is a whole different vibe from Bhayander. It’s busy in a different way, with all the malls and traffic nearby. This office is where another part of our team works on software projects. The view from the window isn't much, just more buildings and the street below. We’ve been here for a while. The building has a lot of other small businesses, so there’s always people moving around the lobby. We try to keep things simple. We don't have a big HR department or a PR firm. If there's a problem with a piece of code, we just sit down and talk it through until it’s fixed. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know how each other thinks. The commute on Chincholi Bundar Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but that’s just life in Mumbai. We don't pretend to be more than we are. We are a software company that cares about the details. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just write code, test it, and make sure it does what the customer asked for. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work for us and the people we build software for every day.
