Al Sofi Manpower Consultant

I work here at Al Sofi Manpower Consultant in Kurla West. Our office is tucked away in the New BMC Colony on HPK Marg. It’s one of those spots in Mumbai that never really stays quiet, which I guess is good for what we do. Basically, we spend our time helping folks look for work and trying to find people for companies that need them. It isn’t some fancy corporate setup with glass walls and uniforms. It’s just a few of us sitting at desks with stacks of papers and phones that don't stop ringing. Some days are a bit of a mess with people coming in and out, asking about jobs or bringing in their resumes. We try to keep it organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the corner of my desk. We’ve been here in Mumbai for a long time now, so we know the neighborhood pretty well. If you’re looking for the place, just head toward the colony and look for our door. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily grind, making calls, and seeing who fits where. Most of the people who come to us are just looking for a decent start or a change in their career. It’s simple work, really, just connecting people who need a job with the places that have an opening. We stay until the light goes down and then do it again.
