Akshay Software

Akshay Software is located in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Our office is in the Panchkamal CHS, specifically unit F-31/2:4 in Sector 29. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the busier parts of Vashi, which is nice for when we need to focus on coding. We are a small software group. We don't have hundreds of developers; it’s just a few of us who have been doing this for years. The office is simple and straightforward. We have our desks, our monitors, and a small area for making coffee. We spend most of our time writing code and trying to fix bugs that pop up. It can be a bit quiet in the office sometimes because everyone is focused on their screen, but we talk and joke around during breaks. Sector 29 is a good place to be. It’s easy to get to by rickshaw from Vashi station. We don't really have any corporate polish or a big human resources department. We just manage things ourselves. If something needs doing, one of us just does it. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Navi Mumbai since we first moved into this building. New shops have opened up and the roads are much busier now, but our little office in Panchkamal stays pretty much the same. We like it that way. It’s a comfortable place to work without any unnecessary distractions or complicated corporate rules. We just get on with the job.
