Akhil Gupta

I’m Akhil Gupta and I run my business out of Flat 101 on Plot 112, right in the Sher-E-Punjab colony in Andheri East. If you know Mumbai, you know Andheri is always moving, but this particular pocket is a little bit more relaxed than the main roads. I’ve set up my office inside the flat because it’s convenient and keeps the overhead low. It’s not a corporate building with a glass front; it’s just a regular residential building where I do my professional work. Most of my day is spent on the computer or taking calls from people who need my services. I handle the logistics, the billing, and the client follow-ups all by myself. It gets a bit cramped when I have a lot of samples or documents lying around, but I try to keep it organized. Being in Andheri East is helpful because I’m close to everything I need for the business, even if the traffic is a nightmare most of the time. I started this because I wanted to do things my own way without a boss breathing down my neck. It’s been a learning process, and I’ve made my share of mistakes with paperwork and scheduling, but I’ve got the hang of it now. It’s a small, honest operation. No big marketing budgets here, just me working hard to make sure things get done right for the people I work with. I often work late into the night when it's quiet.
