We are located in the Safal Angan building, specifically in apartment 503. It is a co-op housing society on Sion Trombay Road in Chembur East, near Union Park. Working out of a residential-style building gives the whole office a different feel than a cold office block. We deal with technical infrastructure services, so there is usually a lot of talk about hardware and various setups. The office is not very large, but it is enough for our team to sit together and figure things out. The traffic on the road outside can be quite loud during the morning and evening rush, but we have mostly learned to tune out the sound of the city. We chose this spot because it is easy for the staff to reach from different parts of Mumbai. It is a very straightforward place with no reception desk or big lobby. You just come up to the fifth floor and we are there working. Most of our days are spent on calls or looking at technical drawings on our screens. We take our breaks together and often talk about things other than work just to keep the atmosphere from getting too heavy. It is a local business through and through, and we know the security guards and neighbors by their names. It is just how we prefer to run things, keeping it personal and focused on the job without adding any unnecessary layers of management.
