Aivara Technologies Private Limited

We are based in the Warje area of Pune, specifically at Flat No. 2K35 in Aditya A Garden City, Phase III. It’s a residential complex at S No. 109/110, so the vibe is definitely more relaxed than a downtown office. Aivara Technologies Private Limited is basically run out of this space. We’ve got our workstations set up in the different rooms, and it works out pretty well for us. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is slow, but we don’t mind. We spend most of our time dealing with various technology projects. It’s a lot of sitting around and figuring out why things aren't working the way they should. We don't have any big corporate rules here. We just show up, do the work, and try to get home before the Pune traffic gets too crazy. Being in Warje is convenient for many of us who live nearby. It’s a practical setup for a tech company that’s just starting to find its footing. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just take on the tasks that come our way and try to finish them on time. It’s a small group, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s coding or fixing a printer. It’s just how things go when you’re running a small operation from a flat. We like the independence of being here in Aditya A Garden City.
