Aishwarya Ladies Choice & Gift Corner

Aishwarya Ladies Choice & Gift Corner is tucked away in Mangaldas Market, right across from the IIT Main Gate in Powai. If you know where Gopal Diary is, we are just near that, right opposite Dr. Singh’s Dispensary. It is a busy little spot. We get a lot of students and families coming through because of the location. The shop mostly has things that ladies like, plus a bunch of gift items for different occasions. It’s not a big corporate store. It is more of a place where we know many of our customers by their faces. The shelves are packed with stuff, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what you are looking for, but we usually know where we put things. We opened up here because it seemed like a good spot near the campus. It gets crowded in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for people to stop by. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise and the lighting isn't perfect, but it feels like home to us. Working here means seeing the same neighbors every day and hearing about what’s going on in Powai. It is just a regular shop doing its thing in a busy part of town. We try to keep things practical and easy for everyone.
