Infotech Ess

Infotech Ess is our small business located in Airoli. You can find us at 304 Siddhi Society, which is at 75-B in Sector-20. It is mostly a residential neighborhood, so it stays a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, which we quite like. We provide various IT services and technical support from our office here. It is basically a few rooms packed with computers, rolls of cables, and different spare parts we keep for repairs. We started this because we had a knack for fixing technology and it eventually turned into a full-time venture. We are not a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us who know how to handle software issues and hardware breakdowns. Most of the people living in the society know who we are, and sometimes they even stop by with their own laptops when they have a problem. We do not have a formal front desk or a waiting room, so if you visit us, you will see us right at our workstations. We try to keep our work simple and transparent. Sometimes we deal with really stubborn technical bugs that take hours to fix, but we do not give up until the job is finished.
