Our office is located in Vile Parle East. We are part of the operation department and the area is known as N T B C. Vile Parle is always buzzing because it is so close to the airport stuff. You can hear the planes sometimes, which is just part of the background noise for us now. The operation department is where most of the actual coordination happens. It is a busy environment with people coming and going all the time. The N T B C area has its own vibe, very functional and focused on getting things moving. We don't have much in the way of decoration here. It is mostly just desks, computers, and files everywhere. The building is older but it does the job. Working in Vile Parle East is convenient because the train station is not too far away, so getting to work is not too bad for most of us. We have our routines and the work keeps us pretty occupied throughout the shift. There are some local tea stalls nearby where we go sometimes when we need a quick break from the screens. It is a practical place. We don't really focus on how the office looks, just on making sure the operations are handled. It is a bit of a maze sometimes with all the different departments in the same general area, but we know our way around here anyway. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
