Ahluwalia Contracts India Limited

Our setup here is located in the Bhagwati Shraddha Co Op Hsg Soc, specifically in Flat 204. We are right at Devi Chowk in Old Dombivali W, which is part of the Thane District in Maharashtra State. It is a bit different running a contracting business from a housing society flat, but it works for us. It gives the whole operation a very local and grounded feel. We are up on the second floor, and from the window, you can see the daily life of Devi Chowk moving along. The flat is converted into an office with space for files, computers, and a small meeting area. Since we are in Old Dombivali, the surroundings are familiar and the neighbors are people we see every day. The commute can be a bit of a challenge with the Thane traffic, but once we are in the office, things settle down. We handle a lot of the administrative side of our contracts from this location. It is where the planning and the paperwork get sorted before we head out to any project sites. Being in a residential building means we have to keep things relatively quiet, which actually helps with the focus. We don't have big flashy signs outside, just the address and the name. It is a practical way to run things in this part of Maharashtra. We’ve become a regular part of the building over time.
